Where are your products shipped from?

All orders placed on this website are shipped from the USA. Alma is a family-run business supporting sustainable brands from all over the world. It is our mission to limit the impact of fast fashion by selling high quality garments designed to last.

Do you ship internationally?

We do ship orders internationally, however due to the nature of being a small business, all orders will be charged in US dollars. Please be aware that international orders placed outside of the USA may be subject to customs or import fees which are payable by the customer on delivery and unfortunately outside of our control. For clarity on any expected charges or fees, please contact your local customs office for more information before placing your order. Please be aware that if an order is refused upon delivery, shipping and import fees will be deducted from your refund once the product is returned.

How long will my order take?

All orders are processed within 48 hours and expected transit time will be advised at checkout upon selecting your chosen shipping method. We will always process your order as swiftly as possible but please note any shipping delays during transit are unfortunately outside of our control. We will always do our best to advise you of any delays as we are made aware of them.

Do you offer free shipping?

Absolutely. All domestic US orders are free over $300. We also offer complimentary pick up on all orders.

What is the return policy?

Alma has a 14 day return policy; return shipments must be postmarked within 14 days of package receipt. We offer free returns for store credit or exchanges. Return shipping charges for refunds are the responsibility of the purchaser. To return merchandise, please navigate to the Return Portal. Items must be unworn in original condition to be eligible for a return. Alma retains the right to refuse return requests should the product be in improper condition. Exchanges and store credit requests receive complimentary return shipping and can be processed on our returns platform as well. If a refund is to be issued please allow up to 10 of days for processing.

Alma is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages but of course will do our very best to help the item be recovered. Alma reserves the right to reject any returned items that do not meet the above requirements. If your item is rejected you will be notified via email.

If a garment is received damaged:

You must contact us at info@almalangley.com within 7 days of receipt of shipment to notify us.
